NHWHEL Network

The New Hampshire Women in Higher Education Leadership (NHWHEL) is the New Hampshire Network of the American Council on Education (ACE) Office of Women in Higher Education.

Mission

NHWHEL promotes women's leadership in higher education and throughout society as a whole; supports the creation of an educational, social, and political climate in which women participate equally with men in the workplace and in setting public agendas; and fosters effective partnerships with organizations that pursue shared goals.

Membership

Institutional membership is open to all accredited New Hampshire institutions of higher education. All women presidents of NHWHEL member institutions are voting members, ex-officio. Individual membership is open to New Hampshire women who are senior-level faculty or administrators at non-member accredited institutions of higher education.
